Everyday we produce tiger rolls not only for ourselves but also for a number of restaurants and bakeries.
A traditional wheat flour sourdough with 5% rye and 5% wholemeal flour. The addition of ground turmeric adds a warm taste which is off set by the acidity of the sour dough providing a pleasant earthy flavour.
A traditional Pumpernickel Dark Rye sourdough using a mix of whole berry rye flour, wheat flour, rye meal and dark malt flour. Has a sweetish taste which is off set by the acidity of the sourdough giving a pleasant earthy flavour. Also available as a loaf.
Our Olive Sourdough made with sliced black olives, fresh crushed garlic and mixed herbs.
New to our range of sourdough products is our Focaccia. Freshly pan baked daily with garlic herbs and olive oil. Great as a snack on its own or why not try a salami, cheese and tomato bun heated in our griller.
