A traditional Pumpernickel Dark Rye Sourdough Vienna

A pumpernickel style dark rye sourdough using a mix of whole berry rye meal, wheat flour and dark malt flour. Has a sweetish taste which is off set by the acidity of the sourdough giving a pleasant earthy flavour. Also available as a loaf.

Tiger Rolls

A large crispy baguette style roll with a distinctive tiger skin coating of rice flour. Made for the Vietnamese banh mi market they are also great for your traditional aussie salad roll. Everyday we produce tiger rolls not only for ourselves but also for a number of restaurants and bakeries.

Our sourdough sticks are a 100% Australian wheat flour made with Kay Kay's own culture. A 200g baguette (about twice your standard roll) it has a crunchy and slightly chewy crust and a soft even crumb. Perfect for loading with your favourite filling or dipping in your favourite spread.
