A traditional Pumpernickel Dark Rye sourdough using a mix of whole berry rye flour, wheat flour, rye meal and dark malt flour. Has a sweetish taste which is off set by the acidity of the sourdough giving a pleasant earthy flavour. Also available as a loaf.
